School Budget Results:
Proposition 1. Shall the annual budget approved by the Board of Education for the Andover Central School Budget for the 2012-2013 school year, in the amount of $8,194,297, be approved? Results:

Yes - 174               No - 54

 

Election to fill the vacancy on the Board of Education for 3-year expired term of Amy Brown to expire on June 30, 2015.  Qualified candidates were Amy Brown and Monica Dean.  Results are as follows:
Amy Brown - 95

Pre-K

Pre-K Parent Information Night:

On Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at 5:30 PM, there will be a parent information night at Andover Central School for the Pre-K students who are registered or need to register for the 2012-2013 school year.  Contact Doreen Taylor at (607) 478-8491, ext. 266, with any questions.

 

 
 
 
Swim

Lifeguarding Class will begin sometime in June.  If students plan to take the course, the cost is $140.00.  Miss Hall needs $40.00 by Thursday, May 24, to order the lifeguarding books.  The rest of the money will be due when the class begins.  Stay tuned for the dates of the course.

 
 
 

Eat 5     2012 Summer Feeding Program:

   School breakfast and lunch do not stop when school is out. This program is free to all children 18 years and younger. You do not have to fill out paper work to qualify just show up and eat.

   Andover Central School Cafeteria will once again have a summer feeding program. This is free to all children 18 years of age and younger. From June 25 through June 28, 2012, breakfast will be served from 8:30 - 9:00 AM, and lunch from 12:00 – 12:30 PM. Starting July 9 through August 9, 2012, breakfast will be served from 7:30-8:00 AM, and lunch will be 11:30-Noon Monday through Thursday. All meals will be served in the cafeteria and must be consumed at the ACS cafeteria.
