Good afternoon ACS Families: This is an important message regarding technology help. Please read this in its entirety: In an effort to best serve our ACS students and families, we have developed a digital Technology Questions or Concerns Form. Effective immediately, please use the following form for ALL technology related issues, questions or concerns. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf4xfmMkAL8ZAQUO1radsMjK80o4H6SPdXPsVIm1J4xBJl67w/viewform?usp=sf_link This will also be pinned at the top of the Live Feed section of our website for easy future access. Please understand that while we will respond as quickly as possible, a response may not be instantaneous depending on the nature of the question/concern. Students who are unable to access remote instruction pending a response from the Tech Department will be marked “absent excused”, will have access to the recorded instruction once the issue is resolved, and will be given additional time to complete assignments. Please do not call the school for technical issues. We will continue to communicate with you regarding district wide issues using our global texting system, social media and our website. It is also important to note that ACS is only able to assist with issues relating to school issued devices. We hope that you all enjoy your weekend!
